Bac Ninh Grants Licenses to 51 IZ Projects | | The Bac Ninh Industrial Zones Authority granted investment licenses to 51 projects with total investment capital of US$326.78 million in 2009 (not including investment in infrastructure in the industrial zones, IZs). Particularly, 11 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects increased investment capital by US$74.5 million.
Most projects are in the areas of electronic accessories, mobile phone accessories, mechanical products and food processing.
The project have average capital of US$6.4 million per project or US$ 3.4 million per ha.
So far, the IZs in Bac Ninh province has hosted 385 projects (including 166 FDI project) with total registered capital of US$2.98 billion, plus 13 project to build IZ infrastructure with total capital of US$ 708.3 million. (Vietnam Economic News)
